After a win

After I win a game and go to the loading screen that says “Halo: The Master Chief Collection” it almost always freezes on that screen after a win. Haven’t had it happen after a loss though.

I’ve had the same issue. I tried going into Career, and then achievements, and having the game take me to the relevant playlist for that achievement, but there is an error there. The only way I’ve found to fix the problem is restart the game.
