Absolutely don’t blame you. Its a bleh type game. Too sweaty…and this is coming from someone who likes to sweat while he plays lol…but not this much.
Its just a meh type game. H4, 5, and infinite have all been meh.

Welcome to the club here’s your seat and popcorn friend let us reminisce on the good while watching 343 trying to reinvent the wheel and failing at easy wins
Wait, Halo can be uninstalled? They’ve all been installed for so long I just assumed they were permanently burned into my HDD.
The day I quit Halo is likely the day I quit gaming. Or its the day the nukes fall, whichever comes first.
But I ain’t mad. I’m sure heretics such as yourself can find a new forever home. ![]()
Holy **** the guy is popping off rn lmao
As someone who’s not that good at halo you have my applause
Insert gif of keemstar grabbing popcorn here
I can make my stats public if you want to see them. Id be happy to show. Just ask. Any of you.
To be fair some of these people did say look at their halotracker and i think you got in the crossfire but ngl after checking meow’s stats they did lie about being onyx lol
Also just incase people are curious on my rank it was gold 3 iirc and if we’re going to include halo 3 skill ranks as well i was around 30s iirc
Honestly I’m curious so if you could let me see them rq that would be nice
I did compete on this account? I’m really glad you went to all of that trouble to look up my stats though congrats you know how to use the internet. But to call me a liar when I’m not lying at all about what happened is another subject. I did compete in the tournament on the 29th and it’s really not hard to use the internet and figure that out either is it?
I haven’t lied about anything at all it’s super easy for me to post the post game stats SCRUB
It’s funny how you bring up my rank and can’t figure out why I’m gold.
Yes I do have plenty of first hand experience. There’s a reason all competitive FPS games use Mouse and Keyboard. It’s faster and more accurate. The reason Halo esports doesn’t is a legacy thing. You have no idea what you’re talking about. Go research this before typing nonsense.
Just leave swiftly already swifty
For the sake of not wanting to argue and belittle myself, I don’t even have to explain myself. I did compete in the tournament and we got completely destroyed by keyboard and mouse players. We only got to play against two teams. (While I say all of this, remember I have no problem with keyboard and mouse players, other than I wish cross play could be turned off) The first team we played against were not even ranked in Halo infinite, they had played social but zero ranked (according to Halo tracker) their average accuracy before the match was above 70% and no I’m not lying. We barely got to move around the map and at the end of the game the highest accuracy two of them had was 74-75%, their lowest was 62%. And they were on keyboard and mouse, all of them. The second game we played went better than the first but yet again we lost and their highest accurate player ended the game with 67% accuracy and the lowest was 54%. Our team didn’t have that kind of accuracy obviously I just know that some on keyboard and mouse can aim really well atleast according to those stats unless they were in any way cheating that we don’t know about.
I really don’t doubt your skill in the least but I also don’t need to be called a liar when I’m not. Some things I may not be able to say here but would gladly fill you in privately. I wouldn’t lie about competing, heck I’m open to admitting we got destroyed by the other teams.
I think this was more of a “skill issue”. I must say that is quite a feat to achieve with the help of aim assist on a controller.
Ok
Have fun with your gaming endeavors =]
All the pros playing Halo also play mouse and keyboard games, you can argue that they play more MKB than controller. So I don’t understand the muscle memory argument. Don’t tell me that I don’t know what I am talking about.
Halo tracker clearly says my highest Infinite rank is diamond 2, don’t know why you would just gloss over that. I also have >50% win percentage, which is really what matters at the end of the day. It’s not like that number would be above 50% if I was only ever carried by teammates.
Like I’ve already said, I’ll grind up to Onyx in Infinite when there’s a region select and I’m not playing most games on 90 ping.
I hit Onyx multiple times in H5. I forget what stat site I used to use for that. It might have just been listed on Waypoint tbh. That game was fun, and I was pretty good at it, but I went back to H3 in 2020 when my bumper controller broke.
H3 came ot the year I graduated high school. I only had a part time job so my buddy and I played ALL THE TIME. And we grinded h3 ranked until we were both upper 40’s.
You’re right, adult me with a full time job, family, and ~8 hours per week of Halo time is not my peak Halo performance. It doesn’t mean I’m that bad, and it doesn’t mean MnK players complaining about aim assist aren’t ridiculous.
Am I the only one who finds it ironic that this person is trying to stat flame people while their tracker profile is purposefully set to private ![]()
![]()
? What a freaking joke of an advocate you are for your point ![]()
!
Even if you bring it out and it’s better than mine I don’t really care. The fact that you’re afraid of others seeing your profile tells me everything I need to know about the type of forum conversations you go for.
It’s difficult to back up opinions without evidence, so you just fall back on stat flaming people selectively
.
What a joke lol
Proceeds to explain. Big brain, bro. Big IQ.
Dude, I’m surprised your team of Gold players made it to the second match. I guess there is the possibility you did compete, but did you really think you could hold your own against anybody? Even with some assistance (aim bot) that the game gives you, you are still going to struggle against competent MnK players.
Do you know how to move around the map? As for the accuracy of the MnK players, anything above 50% in a single game is incredibly rare. I’ve played my fair share of MnK solo duo and never once have I ever seen someone hit 60% accuracy without a little “assistance” if you get my drift. Aim assist/controller. The reason why I called you a liar is for this reason. It is not possible to get even close to averaging 65% for MnK.
At the end of the day, I don’t want to be demeaning towards you or anyone. I’m just frustrated that I was on controller for as long as I was. It’s shameful because now I have to start from scratch on mouse and keyboard and now have to learn on my own without any in-game assistance. I now truly understand aim assist is a total rip off. It’s for chumps. I’m a chump for being a controller scrub for so long. I’m not mad at you or anyone. If anything, I’ve mentioned that so many players who think “aim, assist ain’t that strong!!” are 100% of the time never been onyx in the game. They’re usually well below average in skill. Sometimes Platinum 3/ average skill. Then again, YOU and all these other Gold players in these forums are exactly why 343 has made aim assist so dang strong. You guys will always struggle no matter how strong the aim assist is. So why cater to the casual community to this extent? It’s unfair and unjust to the rest of us.
I got you. I’m not onyx this season, nor do I think I deserve it. I do want to provide some insight as well (context can sometimes be relevant.) All games in crossplay were 100% mouse and keyboard. Everything outside of that is 99.99% MnK as well, outside of course the solo duo controller. It has been roughly 13 or 14 months since I made the switch full time to mouse and keyboard. I was on controller for roughly 19/18 years to be specific prior to this. I did want to point out my stats in solo duo controller are decent. For someone who has really practiced controller in a years time, to be able to perform at the level I did, speaks for itself. A one year break from controller is a hard reset in my book. I still performed well, I think.

You clearly don’t know what you’re talking about.
All of the pros at HCS use controller…
