Afraid Halo Infinite Forge might be separate from the game

Forge is a huge intake on community creation and always revolutionizes each game. Halo 5 was the best forge no doubt and I am sure 343i wants to make Infinite’s forge even better. That being said, I am afraid that Halo Infinite’s forge might become a separate product.

Usually, any in-depth studio software is a separate download because it’s practically a whole software of its own. The pros would be that it will be a fully fleshed out Forge with probably new features such as scripting, coding, AI spawning. The con would be that it will take more steps to launch and possibly be harder to implement to your game.

343i likes to really give the fans what they want, but also with many sacrifices. I don’t know how it would be on Xbox, maybe another game. But my fear is that we might have to buy the Forge expansion product.
This is just my intake.

Forge essentially gives players the ability to generate free and theoretically infinite content for the game itself, which only benefits the game.
They would be foolish to make it a sale product, but if Microsoft is alive in 10 years and they keep heading in this souless direction I wouldn’t put it past them for the next Halo

Hah at this point I wish they would release Forge as a DLC people had to pay for. Just go ahead and put that final nail in and be done with it, this whole experience needs to die.
