AFK Players need to be kicked. I’d say after they stand around for 3 minutes not doing anything in the game. Please. So many times I join a game of slayer, and several players in my team are AFK.
Its like, free kills to the other team. And for some reason, afk players actually decide to search.

That’s why you do that between games, not after the game has started
Afk people wouldn’t be such a problem if You had to win to get credits/xp
Letting the losing team get credits makes more people AFK because no matter what team they are on they get something for nothing …
If only the winning team was to get credits/xp AFK people would not stand a good chance at winning there for less likely to AFK .

AFK players is a problem in all shooters, but its not only the ones standing still its also the rubberband bandits the spin in circles

if there they implement instant game joining there is no reason to keep one statue on your team.
but i agree, 1 minute it´s too short. sometimes there are more things than the match (small children).
