I have run one of the best competitive clans out there, but due to our restrictive nature we had to turn away many casual players. We have opened up a new “casual” division for people who wish to do matchmaking together, and form squads that do squad v squad battles, raids, etc. The only issue i have is, all i know is competitive. Im not good with the squad stuff and i do not have very many squad leaders. I also want to make the squads almost military in nature, but again i only know competitive.
