Hello, this has probably been posted somewhere, but so far I have failed to figure out just how exactly to accomplish this task.
I have read that players who began playing before 11/20/12 will be able to unlock the rest of the specializations through some e-mail that was to begin being sent on 11/20/12. I have received an e-mail from Xbox 360 entitled “Keep Advancing Your Spartan IV Career.”
So far, that is the only e-mail I have received regarding the subject. It seems like an e-mail that would regard the subject but I haven’t been able to figure out how to unlock the rest of the specializations.
I am level 70, so quick help would be greatly appreciated.

I’m in the same boat, I’m around the corner from lvl 70, I haven’t even received this email you are talking about, but I have been playing the game with a gold membership, over Live, since release. I was about lvl 32 by 11/20.
I’ll likely just trade Halo 4 in for Black Ops II once I hit 70, if no further advancement is possible and just keep playing reach online instead. Reach’s armor selection and armor perks were more fun, the DMR was better, you had the Elites and the Covenant version of the DMR. I find that I don’t appreciate a company that waves your rank around like it’s candy…“buy the more expensive version of the game and rank up further…” no thanks. I shouldn’t have to pay for more than the game to rank. The campaign in Halo 4 is amazing though.
You will get an email by Dec. 1st with a code to unlock all the specializations.
