I got some of my friends telling me that Advanced Sensors in Warzone doesn’t work since they finished downloading the new update.
Can anyone else confirm this?
Well there was this in the patch notes for Ghost of Meridian:
- Fixed a bug with Advanced Sensors’ speed threshold that caused players to show up on radar in some cases where they were not moving at Sprint/Thrust speed or fasterNot entirely sure what that means though.
Noticed the same thing just now. So now you show up on the sensor if you’re going any speed faster than crouch-walking speed which kinda takes away it’s edge. Further sensor range is nice, but not that huge of a game changer so I think I’ll be switching to auto-medic and off of my silenced loadouts until this is dealt with.

I believe the wording on the patch notes says you won’t show up on radar if you’re moving anything slower than sprint/thrust speed. Which means if you’re moving at base speed, you’re still okay.
I just confirmed in 3 games that it’s not working. My guess is that someone f***** up and broke it by making it too sensitive. The wording in the update notes says that players shouldn’t be showing up when moving below sprint/charge speeds, what actually is happening is the opposite. Guess I’ll start using upgraded shields.
Many armor mods aren’t working. I always use Splinter nades and it doesn’t work now. You just spawn with 1 frag, no splinter.
Played a few games just a bit ago and it worked fine for me. Had no problem getting the jump on people.
Wow that sucks man. I loved pairing that with my silenced BR. Hope it get fixed if it indeed is broken. If not, auto medic it is.
I personally tested multiple armor mods, none of them were working. Not auto medic, not advanced sensors, not speed booster or upgraded shields. One whole game where none of them would function. The next match I didn’t have that problem. It must be a new bug introduced by the update, greeat.
Guys, this is 343 we’re talking about here. Is anyone really surprised that they’ve broken the game? Every time they fix a bug, they introduce a new one. The game hasn’t work properly since I owned it, so this is nothing new.
Since the update, the sound has gone messed up for me. The music stops playing at the beginning of Warzone and in the menu. I suppose they should have tested it before releasing, but hey, that’s what we’re for, right?
u guys got it wrong…they merely fixed a bug where u show up even on normal no-sprint speed…u ahd to stop moving and then resume to overcome it…now that bug is patched and its working as it should…
its still the best mod for ninja mode tho…they didnt nerf it in any way
Glad that all I use is upgraded thrusters because outplaying people with being able to thrust more often never gets old.

I literally posted a video of proof just a few posts up. Please read posts in threads, because if no one reads posts there’s no point in posting. The system falls apart. Lol

Every armor mod is glitched. Similarly to the games we all occasionally get where we cannot spawn REQs, we now get games where armor mods don’t work. Which was also mentioned above, on a post. I’ll post it here in case you read this:

It would be cool if they made an inverted version one that shows up on radar if you are standing still to base speed and go off the radar at sprint and faster speeds
I was running around at base movement speed in a crowd of enemies and slicing them with the SMG bayonet, and none of em had any clue I was there. Seems to me like it’s working just fine. I’m less interested in a video of your own radar showing the appearance and more interested in a showing from enemy radar.

This really needs a fix.
Advanced sensors can easily be countered by someone else using advanced sensors. In that case you only don’t show up on radar only if you’re standing still. Sometimes I run into games where you can tell other players are using advanced sensors

Again, as stated previously it is not every match. There is a new glitch where some games armor mods don’t work.

I’m gonna go ahead and play the 343 fanboy role here and tell you to buzzer off. Bugs happen. Mistakes happen. Welcome to real life. 343 has been doing an outstanding job in my book and I have no doubt they’ll fix the bugs as soon as they can.
