Advanced Promotional REQ Pack/Pre-Order REQ Issues

I entered in my Pre-order code called Advanced Promotional REQ Pack for the game Halo 5: Guardians. It was supposed to give me a REQ pack, but it seemed to have failed. I’ve tried restarting the game and reseting my Xbox One, but non of those worked. Can you help me?

Cobra, several of us have tried that and they’ve referred us back to 343 saying it’s a developer issue. Any other ideas on how we can resolve these issues?
