Advanced member ?

Hey so im a Advanced member but i am confused what did i do to earn it. I have seen a few people that are advanced members. But is it where i post alot or something else im confused ?

In the gamma forums, you were ranked on post count (which I disliked). It seems to be the same deal here

I donā€™t think the ranks should be given much attention right now. From what I understand, thereā€™s no real system in place yet.

Hmmm, it isnā€™t post counā€™t, because some people with more posts than Advanced members are just members.

Are you refering to the ones you lost aka the Halo Wars Community Site ones.

The only concern I have is that I hope they had a list of who had the halo wars avatars.

She may not have a list, but Iā€™m sure the people who had the avatar will definitely remind her.

Why am I a newbie? I posted at least a couple hundred times and it didnā€™t carry over :confused:

The only problem with that is that would means ā€œrandomā€ people could get one.

I was a member like 5 minutes ago, and now Iā€™m an advanced member. My post count isnā€™t very high either. Iā€™m guessing itā€™s going to be based on membership length, or maybe a combination of post count and membership length like the B.net forums. Iā€™ve been a member here since March, just havenā€™t been very active. That might change now with these new forums :slight_smile:

But uhā€¦ I donā€™t like how the thread that was moved here still apears as a shadow in the introduce yourself forum.
