Hello everyone, so when the Monster Energy x Halo Infinite promotion was live I did half of the promotion. I wasn’t able to obtain the other half due to being region locked. However, they brought it back into the shop aka Adrenal Bundle
I tried to purchase the full bundle but I get an error message indicating that I already own the bundle. Since I did half the promotion and own half the bundle I am not able to purchase the other half of the bundle.
Very ridiculous…
If anyone else has done the Monster Energy Promo and is experiencing the same issue as me please make a ticket and also reply to this topic.
It’s such a glaring oversight on 343’s part that it’s embarrassing, honestly.
It’s all because the current Shop UI is horrendous that they have to force bundles on us to fit everything on a single page at a time, the current Adrenal Bundle situation wouldn’t be a thing if we were just allowed to buy individual items.
But hey, 343 is losing money on this because many people, myself included, would spend the $5 to complete my set even if I have a few of the coatings already. What’s even more ridiculous is the new shop bundle has the Phalanx and Xiphos emblems for the armor and vehicles now which wasn’t even available during the original promotion, so even if a person redeemed every code back then they would not be allowed to get the new emblems. lol
I’m still hoping 343 does something about this in the future and brings it back for people and so this doesn’t happen again for any future promo content they want returned for the shop.
They def need to fix it, slowly more and more people are getting annoyed by it. Lots of players are leaving halo due to this sadly.
Like they can use many solutions for it but aren’t. And theres tons of us willing to pay the full price for the bundle. I’d even go so far as to pay $10-15 for the bundle to have the items. It’s so annoying that they havent done anything about it when I’m sure its an easy fix and the solutions are all being voiced by players and aware by 343, so now the next step is for them to fix it to allow all of us to get the items we’re missing.
Yeah It is kind of annoying. I heard they did it because they couldn’t figure out how to put a discount on the bundle so you wouldn’t pay full price if you owned half of the items.
I echo what’s being said. I wish there was a fix, and didn’t have to wait for this to come around maybe some time in the future when/if a fix is implemented.
