Hello,I was wondering if I can get an administrator to help me. Someone rage quit right after I got a killtacular and extermination in swat on 1/1/2012 but my medals didn’t register. I checked online and uploaded the clip onto my fileshare. If someone can please get back to me about this, I would really really really appreciate it 
I don’t think there is anything anyone can do for you I’m afraid, plenty of people are experiencing this kind of thing. Annoying as it may be the most people can offer you is better luck next time

Did the host migrate after getting the medal?
If so, there is, unfortunately, no way to make the medal exist again. Host migrations cause all medals to be “forgotten”, and this has been the case since the game was first released.
Hopefully, they fix it for Halo 4. I’ve been annoyed just losing ordinary medals; I can’t imagine how massively rage-inducing it would be to lose something like an Exterm! D:
This happened to me too! I got an overkill, killing spree, and extermination on swat as well! No one quit, but the medal doesn’t show up on my career! I was soon excited when I got this, went to show my friend on halo waypoint, and it wasn’t there!!!
Sucks, but has been this way even in H3… =/
