Since 343i has not done anything to help clear up the clutter of warzone and the load out reqs, I thought of a good idea.
However the game automatically switching your reqs to your preferred load out for that req as you get to that level. For instance, when you get to req 3, your BR of choice will automatically be selected instead of manually going through all of them to find the one you want.
You will have 8 preset load outs total you can set, one for each advancement in req level. This will definitely stop the hassle of digging through all your load out weapons to find the only one you actually use. It would also include the armor mods for each req level 5 and beyond.
I feel something as simple as this will go a long way towards fighting the clutter we have now.

I have seen many threads about hiding load outs you don’t use, etc, but not one about automatically selecting your preferred load outs for each req level. It just means great minds think alike! haha.
A lot of what I choose to use in Warzone is based on the current state of the game. I use silenced guns until vehicles start to become prevalent then I switch to anti-vehicle choices and advanced radar. While this idea is nice it wouldn’t help me switch quickly between the situations that I see in games.

The only issue I see is the power weapons and vehicles, etc, are very situational and depend on the way the game is going at the moment. However, with load outs we typically have our go too weapons for each req level.

It would REALLY help people with commendations though.

I guess that is true. It would force me to actually use the carbine, light rifle, etc that I normally just stick to my BR.

In these cases, you would just have to adjust your load out the normal way as it is now. However, for the majority of the game having preferred load outs will definitely help I feel.
Definitely not. I use all my loudouts in different situations. Long-barrel BR with DMR scope- when I’m on the spire or shooting far off. BR with Laser- for close combat. BR with silencer- when I feel sneaky. SMG kenetic- to quickly take out vehicles. SMG silenced- feeling sneaky. DMR same as BR, but for 6+ reqs. DMR does work. I change up my scopes too depending on what map I’m on and where i’m at on the maps. Now that i have the H2 BR. I use that all the time as a secondary just because it’s awesome. I would be a wreck if I couldn’t choose my loudouts when and where i wanted. I like the way it is. I just can’t wait for the Halo CE magnum to release.

Everything would be the way it is now, nothing will change other than giving the option for preset load outs for those who don’t like the hassle of going through all their reqs when the want to adjust their load outs.
So instead of going through all my reqs, I can just pick “preselected loadout” for my current req or manually go through the ones I want.

He’s saying you would be able to choose your loadouts. You would just be able to set default loadouts for req levels if you want, but can change it as the game goes like you normally would.
