I don’t know if this is the right spot to be asking this type of question (if it isn’t, then please tell me where should I go bug someone ahah).
Basically, I already have Halo 3: ODST and Halo: Reach on their own (disc copy). I bought Halo: MCC way after that free Halo 3: ODST thingy. So, what I wanted to know is if there is any way to add Halo 3: ODST to my Halo: MCC without having to buy it again? (the same goes for Halo: Reach, if it gets added eventually) And if there is (or even if there isn’t and I end up buying it nonetheless), is there a way to have the achievements that I have already unlocked on their stand-alone copies, still unlocked under the Halo: MCC achievement list?
If I didn’t make myself quiet clear, please tell me and I’ll gladly try to explain myself a bit better ahah.

The ODST game for MCC was a limited time promotion during Release window purchase bonus… Not sure if ODST is available for purchase for the MCC and as far as Halo Reach into MCC. 343i Has been dark on it. It’s Back Compat X360 only.im holding off myself in rebuying it until it’s on MCC
Unless you got ODST for free while it was offered, you will have to buy it again. I believe it’s only a few $ from the store, no more than 5 if memory serves correct
Yep, roommate just added ODST for $5. Well worth the 5 bucks.
Unbelievable in my eyes that i bought a broken game that didn’t include Halo 3 ODST. I want ODST but i refuse to give 343 any more of my money because how bad they have failed around every corner they approach. Absolute asinine they thought putting ODST as a buy in option to the game was okay at all. They just never stop doing the unthinkable. And to all those that say “well they had it free for awhile” clearly doesn’t understand that the game wasn’t even playable for years. How/why would i know about the code they give out if i never put the game in because it was broken?
