I want to be able to customize the color and color scheme of my gun my vehicles and, I don’t know… EVERYTHING.
I think it’ll also be cool to control witch paint schemes you use depending on your team color: Red Blue and all the others including neutral. All in favor?
Good idea, but it seems excessive to me to be able to paint your guns and vehicles.
- Weapon Skins work just fine, albeit I wish there were more of them, but they’re fine the way they are. - Vehicles would be ridiculous for each individual player. Maybe make it so that Forgers can change the color of vehicles, but not everyone needs to be rolling around in a hot pink scorpion tank because that’s the color they wanted to pick. The normal vehicle skins are fine the way that they are. It makes it easy to tell what type of tank you’re up against. Here’s an example of why (with the scorpion) - Brown/Tan = Lowest Level | Tundra/Woodlands = Slightly stronger | Corp/Oni = Way stronger | Hannibal = Run for your life
I see what your saying the collage of so many different colors can be disturbing but I still think that you should be able to select a weapon skin depending on your team color.

If I could change the colors on all those things, I would make them black and grey to give them a militaristic/SpecOps sort of look.
I started writing an argument to the contrary, but I realized midway that a skin like this could only add variety, and anyone who knows me personally can tell you that variety is the number one think I like in gameplay mechanics. While vehicle customization would detract from the gameplay experience (it’d confuse the variants of each vehicle, unless it’s the default variant of the vehicle, in which case, go for it), a weapon skin or two whose color scheme can be modified to the user’s liking would add an aspect of personality that static skins on weapons lack. It would allow you to make the weapon completely unique to you (to an extent, of course). I’d use it forever.

Thanks Shadow, and yes Negative the Black Ops sort of scheme differently suits your armor! I realize that some colors people choose may look ridiculous like hot pink as Breezy suggested but I think it will make more since for your costume color vehicle to be default so not to confuse the class. And it will also make since that you could only use your personal color only in Warzone Firefight since you could also have your own Spartan color to. as always thank you guys again for commenting!

I’d like customizable loadout weapon skins, but I think everything else should be limited to Forge and Custom Games just to keep from matchmaking being too confusing.
I would just like to see more color options for Spartans… a full color wheel or hexadecimal color options would be amazing.
I was thinking the same thing with the Master Control weapon skins. Except instead of the weapons being fully customizable, you could just customize the color of the neon lights on the weapons. But fully customizable weapon skins is fine too I guess. But they would probably see that as hurting their req system. “Now people can just make their own weapon skins instead of having to unlock them through reqs”

Yes Road Raze it would hurt there Req system but maybe they could have the option to unlock it through weapon master commendations or unlock all the weapon skins. Anyway thanks for sharing your thoughts.
