Back in Halo 3, you had the option to vote to party up with the people you played with. It was a really simple concept, but so useful when searching for games alone. It was a quick and easy option to group up, especially on team games where partying up would mean staying on the same team. Since then, that option has been absent in the following halo games. I think that this simple option should make a return! Instead of going through menu screens (which sometimes say saving settings when you back out for no reason) to send the invite, press X! Bam, you’ve made it known you want to join up, and extended an invitation to anyone interested. It’s just an ease of use option that would make things easier, wouldn’t you agree?
I would agree! I’m not a fan of the passive automated system in Reach and Halo 4.
I don’t know why they added the Automatic Party up option. When playing Halo 3 you would figure that players rarely partied up and therefore wouldn’t want an automated system in Halo Reach and 4.
