So its pretty well known the halo 5 shotgun is better balanced and therefore has fewer rounds and less range than in the old school games. Since there are a few other guns that have been added as req’s (CE pistol, halo 2 br and beam rifle), I think we should bring the halo 2 or CE shotgun back as a req. It could probably be a legendary somewhere around level 5-6. I know the oathsworn is pretty close to the old shotty range but having those extra rounds is crucial!

I would want it just to have the classic Shotgun design. I hate the new design.

I was kinda hoping for 1 more updated over the summer before 6. Regardless, I would be happy if this were an item in 6 too.
It would be great and all but it’s probably way too late for this to happen.
If the Flood were to (somehow) appear in Halo, then by all means bring back the classic M90. It is the perfect Flood slaying machine.
They could add this, being a mythic like the Halo: CE magnum, but it may be a little late, so lets hope this is a thing in halo 6, so we all have lots of more time to enjoy it until another game comes out.

I don’t really see the Halo 2 Shotgun coming back but I think it would be too late to ad the CE Shotgun.

I mean Halo 2 shotty was better than Halo 5. Definitely agree that it is not as good as CE, but it did have a crazy capacity clip. Blaze of Glory is my jam but would like a little more range and high capacity.

After having blasted through the CE campaign on Legendary again yesterday, I can attest to this.

Eh I doubt 6 is coming this year anyways. They usually hype halo a good year or two before the release of a big title. I don’t think 6 will come till 2018 that’s my opinion though I could be wrong.
I always liked the old shotgun. Not necessarily the skin for it, but the stats. It was a killing machine.

Halo 2 for sure, the CE one is just too good. H2 is at least slightly balanced.
