Every weapon, 24 player PVP + PVE … it’s like if BTB & Firefight fused into one massive bloodbath. I’m really excited about it.

> Well yeah, but it isnt on disc like every other, and it looks like a copy of destiny
What, Warzone? Because of bosses? Destiny didn’t invent bosses. Plus I don’t think you can run around in Destiny fighting AI & other players at the same time.
Get the other edition if you need the disc so bad. Or don’t get it at all if you don’t want to. The digital copy and the disc are the exact same data. Both have to be fully installed on the console to run. The only difference is, you have to put the disc in to serve as a key of sorts to tell the system to play the game. If you ever lose the disc, you’re out of luck and have to pay for a new one. I can bounce between the MCC & Halo 5 without getting off my lazy bum because I’ll have digital copies of both. And if my Xbox or external hard drive ever dies and needs replaced, I can reinstall the game for free without the disc.
So to answer your question from earlier, the point of having the disc is to … have a disc. You realize that only the four main campaigns are on the MCC disc, right? All the matchmaking and ODST and Spartan Ops all have to be downloaded and installed just like the digital version. The disc is pretty much just there for collectors. Collectors like to collect physical things, regardless of their purpose.
I’m actually with you on most of these things: I do think the collector’s edition needs to have a physical disc, since it’s a collectible. I do think there should be split screen. And I do think there should be playable Elites. I just don’t think you should write off Warzone just because it isn’t firefight or Spartan Ops. It’s okay to try new things.
And we’ll have Reach’s & ODST’s Firefight on the Xbox One as soon as backwards compatibility rolls out. You’ll be able to play them with folks who are playing on their 360’s since they use the same servers. And you can play as Elites in Reach.
The way I see it, we’re going to have every Halo game on the Xbox One soon, so let Halo 5 try something new and be excited about it since we can still play all the other stuff as well. I like Halo to evolve and do new things, not just keep rolling out with the same old horde mode every single game. That’d get redundant & stale after awhile.
