I want ranked team snipers back and I have the most sniper kills in the game so bring it back now! This games boring without it and the pistols trash. The UNSC’s most advanced super soldiers charge into battle with just a pistol lol not even the NPC’s have pistols.
Playlist isn’t popular enough I thought. You can always find games in custom though.

Ranked team snipers has historically always had the lowest population of any playlist in H5. Therefore I highly doubt it will ever come back.
I agree, I miss ranked snipers, it’s what I am known for!
Population isn’t the problem it’s the match making that’s a problem. We get unable to match in all playlists frequently regardless of population. Low population is not a reason to remove a playlist that has been ranked since the beginning of Halo. As Shawn4Japan stated you can find custom games for snipers still and I host FFA SNIPZ from time to time, but you get no character progression for custom games and I have 5,500,100 to get to 151. -Yoink- I would even take a permanent social SNIPZ playlist at this point but none of the corny mythic crap. Sniper hill, regular Shotty snipz and team SNIPZ would be fine for game types.
Well, population and matchmaking kinda go hand in hand. The more people playing, the better the matchmaking. Less people playing, the worse the matchmaking gets. You don’t get good matchmaking without a relatively good spread of ranks in a playlist.
Population is a universal halo 5 problem. I have got unable to match in all game types at some point. People still play it so…why is it not there.
i stop to play for a long time halo because i dont like how they nerfed assault riffle… i was only playing swat or team sniper when it was here…
i can say for sure , if its come back i will play a ton of game… because i start back to play FFA…
i would love so much to play this season with ton of FFA game and sniper…
i know population is not the highest but i find game pretty quickly…and i don’t believe the fact of adding team sniper would be bad for other list… well not much .
Team snipers isn’t popular enough to warrant a permanent playlist. Even when Halo 5 had a lot more players, it was still consistently at or near the bottom. I think it’s a much better rotaional playlist. You can find games in customs pretty decently.

Team Snipers is plenty popular. You can get games instantly in MCC Searching for Team Snipers games. 343 killed it in the beginning of the game when it wasn’t permanent from the start like it should have been. Now most of the halo snipers play MCC. If match making actually worked and it was permanent there would be more people. Apparently Dead End 24 doesn’t understand how to read because we stated earlier that you could find Team Snipers games pretty easily but there is no character progression for custom games. Next everyone says " it’s not popular " but here the kicker they also say " but you can always find custom game for it " which would mean people play Team Snipers lol even through its been removed. So your arguments invalid people play the game type still on both MCC and H5 for you to claim its not popular, you must truly be ignorant.

By the way if you didn’t even have a solid champion in the playlist don’t talk like you know anything.
All they have to do is implement new maps into rotation… soooo many forge maps that could be added to the playlist to keep it fresh… should be a standard playlist/permanent playlist in every halo… BRING IT BACK AND ADD SOME NEW MAPS… and make keep it 4v4, I will never understand 5v5 nonsense

People play grifball too in customs, but it’s also one of the lowest playlists ever when it was in. There are always going to be people that like x game mode. That doesn’t mean they’re popular lol.
Sniper playlist population IS the problem. Go to this Link Not enough people are interested in playing it over and over and over again. As you can see, the last time it existed, if you clicked on the link, team snipers is second to the bottom on Halo 5 for most popular playlists. That’s pretty bad.
Not hard to figure out why it doesn’t have it’s own playlist. That is straight from ZaedynFel by the way, who I’m pretty sure would know what’s popular and what isn’t.
I agree. Ranked Snipers should be a permanent playlist. The population of many playlists has dropped considerably over the last 12 months, especially since the last HCS championship. The fans who want to continue playing H5 until the release of infinite should have the option of playing a traditional playlist like Ranked Team Snipers.

Those are rotational playlists, so they should be coming back soon
With that being said, they get pretty lame, especially Shotty Snipes. More of a Shotty game than a snipes game if you ask me.
I just hope that this playlist is still around during Halo 6!
There’s a big difference between a stacked Champ to4 not finding matches and the average player not finding matches.
You experience finding matches as a high-skilled player has nothing to do with the experience of an average player trying to find matches.
Snipers was so unpopular there were large portions of the day where there weren’t even 8 players who wanted to play it.
When things get to that point, we have to take them out because that’s too low of a quality bar.
We can’t let stacked teams often play ranked because when there are no other stacked teams to oppose them, it’s not worth making the match. When we do, we get quits 100% of the time in those matches in real actual data. So we don’t make them. Doesn’t mean pop is bad though. Pop is great in many playlists.
Also, I will add we have brought Ranked Snipers back before and collected stats on its performance as we try it now and then, and it’s always done bad. Not enough people interested.
Screw it man. Add team snipers back, don’t see any harm in doing so.

Anytime we offer a playlist below quality and people try and play it, harm is most definitely done.
