Add PVE Strikes in Halo 5 similar to destiny?

This an out there idea for Halo, but adding PVE strikes in Halo 5 that are like Destiny. If you’re unfamiliar with strikes in Destiny. Basically it’s a long PVE mission with an ending boss fight and some type of reward on completion.
How it could work for Halo 5. Basically same principle applies as Destiny strikes, but how would you be rewarded in Halo? Here’s my answer to that. There would be three difficulty levels; easy, intermediate, and hard. Completing a strike on easy would generate two items from the bronze req packs, intermediate would generate two from silvers, and hard would be two from golds.
After completing a hard strike you could rng a norfang an oni tank for example. You could also randomly get exclusive strike emblems or weapon skins. There could also be exclusive strike armor too.
I know this an out there idea for halo, but worth a post and discussion. I think it adds more PVE content to the game. You could bring back some calssic Halo villians, and gives people a reason to grind the game more.

I’d rather they do matchmaking for playing the campaign.

And set challenges in the campaign for rewards like find this Easter egg this week and earn your self a random mythic req, complete a mission on legendary this week and get a gold pack this week, kill so many elites today and get a bunch of req points etc.

I would be down for that, I like the weekly missions they have done in previous Halos.
