Just a suggestion.
343 should add our company to our friends list. If anyone changes companies we don’t have to add new ppl. Also they should add to Halo Waypoint, how much each individual has accounted for in each of the company commendations.
I would prefer a company tab, don’t mind managing the company on halowaypoint it’s just a pain trying to maintain an accurate member list ATM and don’t like that there all missed in among my other 100+ friends.

I think that would be the best option as well. As much as I think that the Spartan Company I’m in is great, the problem is that I’m not going to take the time to add 99 people to my friends list that I don’t even know. Not to mention that there would be soooo much more to building strong company teamwork if they made joining a game (with your Spartan Company) super simple with that tab.
Also, a downside of adding everyone to your friends list, is if that person leaves your company, you’ll probably never really know.
