It suppose 343i has been trying to balance the halo 5 multiplayer, including the map rotations.
However, quite often I find myself playing on the same maps over and over again. If you had the veto system of H3 then I think that would be awesome.
Or they could improve the system at the moment.

I cringe at the thought of map voting. It will not help the same map is always played scenario. The only solution is to put every map in a given playlist into a static or random rotation where the last map played doesn’t come up again till all other maps are played. Map voting is the ONLY thing left out from previous titles that I don’t miss. I would say loadouts too but they actually did that right and put in Warzone.
