i’m about to get SR 152, but i would love an incentive. I only can play six hours per week due the university, have mercy of my soul please
Why would an incentive change anything if you can only play 6 hours a week?
I personally dont care about achievements anymore but this sounds almost as bad as GRAW’s achievement to be #1 on the multiplayer leaderboard.
If the achievement for SR 152 was ever introduced, it better give me a huge amount of gamerscore so I can have reason to do so.
I would much rather have an armor, helmet, weapon skin, and emblem associated with 152.

I would hate that. I would also hate it if there were an achievement to make it to Champ.
This would actually be a pretty interesting achievement as some achievements should not be easy to unlock and this one would be no exception. There has actually been far worse achievements in Halo that do also require a lot of skill like completing LASO playlists in MCC. Some LASO playlists are easy but when you come to the point of conquering Halo 2 on LASO, I don’t expect it to be any fun.

The emblem is rather boring. It looks like a crop circle.
I’m okay with not getting armor or anything else associated with it since it’s just time based. Maybe a smiley face emblem because we enjoy gaming with our friends. The LASO campaigns and Vidmasters truly were challenging and deserved achievements.
To the OP, you’re close to 150, buddy. You may want to brace yourself when you see how long it takes to get through 151.

The bolded doesn’t really add up. If you added “I’m about to get SR 152 in a few years”, then it would make sense.

ouch. but yeah, the gap is something im not looking forward to (not even 130… this is gonna be a while)

I would like that too. I’m level 123 and I only play on weekends…
I would want like a cool stance with like a skull in your hand or something that glows.
I can see that being really frustrating for players who like to hunt gamerscore and get 100% on games. I’d rather see a ingame cosmetic item unlocked instead kinda like Reach.

That’s why I need an incentive

Are you serious?? Wow! That’s a really bad/brutal achievement to do I must say.
@OP I don’t have a problem with achievements, but unfortunately it’s lead to some bad things in games. People just playing for achievements for example in online matches land not actually playing the game. It just ruins the experience for other people when you say have some guy running around a multiplayer match trying to kill people with a Plasma Pistol to unlock some achievement.
As I said, overall I don’t have a problem with achievements but developers really need to get them out of multiplayer or make them a lot more basic. Ones like play x amount of games, win x amount of games… things like this.
As far as being an achievement for hitting level 152 in Halo 5 it’s not terrible idea but I don’t think there should be an achievement for that. A better thing would be some kind of exclusive armor or helmet or something. In game content you know.
That’s my thoughts.
It’d be cool if you got a stance called “War Veteran” and it was you stabbing two Elites simultaneously while one foot was holding a Grunt down that had a Fuel Rod.
Seeing that I’m coming up on 152 soon, I can’t help but think it’s ridiculous that my only reward will be an emblem.

I see, yes an armor would be perfect, but 343i is working on Halo 6/Halo VR, ask for that is too much, that’s the reason why I only want an achievement

I agree. It’s real annoying to earn achievements that require you to do certain feats which are usually hard unless to do you have a sufficient amount of players/friends to help you hunt.

I’m in the same boat as you rank wise, just understand that you have not hit the halfway point yet for hitting 152. Just a heads up
