Add Leader Interactions! Add more Character!

You know, I’m okay with the Leaders constantly telling me when something is built, done training, done upgrading, being attacked, or is in the process of attacking. I am, really. But what would make the game a little more interesting, and add character is… LEADER INTERACTIONS!
Examples:
/Serina talking to Isabel about:
-Serina supposed to be ded.
-How the Spirit of Fire is doing.
-What they went through individually, like their life story or something.
/Forge talking to Johnson about:
-Being ded.
-How they both came back.
-Who would win in a fight.
/Serina talking to Anders (I prefer old Anders model. Just wanted to say) about:
-Serina getting off of Anders’ comm channel.
-How she (Serina) came back from the dead.
-If Serina could borrow a Sentinel or two from Anders.
/Cutter talking to Atriox about:
-How Cutter won the main fight (campaign), taunting Atriox.
-How Cutter has seen and survived worse than him.
-How Cutter beat Atriox with outdated tech.

You get the idea.
EDIT 1: There could be an option to toggle this on/off

Atriox speaking to Decimus about how he failed him.
Shipmaster asking to Yapyap how he became such a high ranking member of the Banished.
Arbiter swearing vengeance on Forge.
Isabel having some beef with Atriox.
Decimus and the 2 ATN Brutes arguing about who’s Atriox’s favorite.
Atriox talking -Yoink- with Jerome.
Jerome asking Johnson about his aventures with the Master Chief.
Atriox and Arbiter slowly getting along with each other.
Decimus taunting Jerome like in the Campaign.
Colony asking Anders about how she got control over Forerunner tech.

I think most players would be annoyed by the extra dialogue during gameplay.

Well, I don’t think it’d be that hard to implement an option to turn that off ^-^

Yeah kinda agree with this, but would love to see it in the Phoenix logs.
