I like halo 5 and think 343 did a good job with it but Im starting to get bored of playing the same stuff over and over again. What really needs to come back is firefight or at least a version of spartan ops just to sit back and kill things instead of playing through the campaign over and over again (which i still really like). So please 343 sometime in the future add firefight please!!

But… that’s what firefight was in some oddly entertaining way. I agree. I wish it would come back.
I really would enjoy firefight. I think it would definitely make a great activity for the causal players. 343i definitely needs to build a stronger relationship with the causal players since 343i mostly focused on competitive play.
343 missed a huge opportunity by removing firefight. Warzone is cool but REQs in firefight wouldve been amazing. A PvE grind aspect wouldve made Halo 5 a true contender with the competition. COD has zombies, Destiny has PvE, Halo 5 has nothing. And its sad because Firefight is one of the best PvE survival modes ever. Hopefully they can add this later like Respawn did with Titanfall. 343 doesnt understand how important PvE modes are. Reach still has hundreds of people playing Firefight and Gears 3 has thousands still playing Horde. And why isnt there campaign matchmaking???

Thats true firfight is the same thing i just liked that firefight was just mind numbingly way to slaughter the AI without playing with other players (and occasionally laugh at the grunts running for their lives XD).
We seriously need a PvE mode, something like that should be essential. Firefight in halo 5 would especially be great with all these new weapon variants and bosses they could use from warzone.

They are trying to cater to hardcore esports people too much, but what they don’t realise is, they won’t beat games like CS GO in that regard. And it’s killing the game, even if they nail the esports, that only makes the game good for a minority of people. They still don’t get it, they need to learn how balance the game for everyone, not just one community. Halo 4 was casuals, and halo 5 is esports…

They try to focus on them but they failed. Look at the skill system
If you Play alone you get matched with Teams of 4.
I think I am a decent player and I like playing with decent Players against decent players (like I did in Halo3)
This isnt possible in H5
Sometimes I get matched with noobs and I get destroyed and Sometimes I get matched with really good people and I get destroyed.

CS-GO has good and fair Matchmaking. And this is the main problem with Halo 5 in my opinion .

A lot of threads on this already, I’m not complaining though.
343, we need one of these 3:
- PvE Warzone
- Some kind of Spartan Ops
- Firefight
And give an RP award for them <3
Please don’t waste your time on firefight 343, there are plenty of other things that need to be added/improved before that crappy gamemode sees the light of day.
