Add dual wieldable energy swords to customs

While I understand introducing any sort of dual wieldable weapon is difficult to finetune or balance for things like multiplayer or campaign, there are certain possible custom game scenarios which could thrive off the imbalance of certain mechanics, such as dual wielding. A second energy sword could give a player a lunge with more range than Halo 2 but it takes longer to swing, this could be used in alpha zombies or gladiatorial arenas. Give projectile weapons a damage debuff only when they’re dual wielded instead of all the time in order to prevent the meta of Halo 2’s MP from reappearing, in case dual wielding is brought to the multiplayer.

On an unrelated note, if Warzone is returning then we should be able to forge on canvas versions of the maps used.

Yes… and no.
Dual weilding energy swords could be awsome from an aesthetic standpoint…
Increasing range… pls no.
On the flip side, maybe a secondary energy sword allows you to lunge in a shorter period of cooldown cuz you can use the second sword… aaah that makes more sense. Shorten range thou.
So 1 sword, longer range , takes longer to swing
2 swords, shorter range, faster swings.
3 swords … etc XD jkjk

I personally say yes, dual weilding can be done right with most weapons and be balanced including the energy sword… but if balanced id like it so that it makes sense.
For example…
one handed ranged weapons, like dual smgs… more damage at close range… but range overall decreases… cuz you can hold them as steady.
and two handed weapons cant be dual weilded.

I just said how the balancing of not only the energy sword but every other dual wieldable weapon doesn’t matter much if the toggle is off for matchmaking and campaign, and why would one sword take longer to swing than two?
