I’m part of a community that loves racing and has played the hell out of the gametype, and after a year with it the only problems we have with it is that lap times are not recorded with decimals (1:10 instead of 1:10.94). We have tons of races where we qualify for starting position or base winners on the best lap time. Please think about adding this simple thing to the race gametype.
And add points for killing so we can play Battletracks, but that’s a different story.

The only problem? Actually I would love to have on foot races. Or “anything goes” races. Where teams spawn on foot, and can grab vehicles and weapons later on, as the title suggests, anything goes, one member of your team can focus on the race while the others set up roadblocks and ambush sites to destroy the oposition, or your whole team can tear through the racetrack in a warthog. But atm this isn’t possible D:
