If you level up you should have some sort of customization for a base or unit like maybe unlocking base or unit skins for leveling up or completing challenges would be cool (:

I think if Halo wars 2 is set around the time of Halo 4/5, we should have slight cosmetic changes to units to reflect different time periods, and we can choose between them. Like the Spartan Units can either be IIs with Mark IV or IVs with Gen 2, that kinda thing (but only cosmetic)
I want the option to choose our team color this time. Playing with six people forced random colors on people. I remember the basic UNSC green and Covie purple on top of a shade of red, cyan, and yellow. Forgot the last one.
Maybe we can also get an emblem system and it would show up on top of the base or something.
As for bringing your spartan-IV from 5 into Wars 2, that sounds awesome.
That would be dope!
