Add Bloodline to Halo 2 Anniversary

I was wondering why Bloodline has been removed from the Halo 2 Anniversary playlist and why it never shows up as a voting option in BTB. It is a remake of arguably the best map in the game and after a month and a half I have still only played slayer on it once.
