I already know a way to not join those games: if you notice you are getting throwen in a JiP (when you see all players instead of the “incoming”) you just press Start, go on your Network and select “My Xbox” isntead of “Xbox Live”. It will return you to the main menu, then put it back to “Xbox Live” to search another match.
