I understand after 8-9PM Uk time that I get put in american servers because of how low population this game has, but you’re telling me that even during day I get put on the same horrible servers? Is this a joke? What is the point in playing when i can literally see the bullets go through walls and people killing me faster with the same weapon while i barely do any dmg to them? Is there a hidden option that I am not aware where I pick the right server because this -Yoink- is getting old fast
Hey brother. Same thing is happening to me and I’m willing to bet most of the EU players are going through the same thing. It is stupid yes, I sometimes play around 3-4 pm UK time and 90% of my games are on a US server (East EU 2 to be more specific). As you mentioned, I’m getting shot through the wall just like you, sometimes I have a feeling people shoot faster than me and do more damage. The BR feels very weird at times and you have to lead your shots even when they are close to you.
Unfortunately you can’t choose a different server, the game does that for you. The way the system works (or should work) is it tries to offer the best connection for everyone in the lobby. Doesn’t always work sadly.
This is the reason I stopped playing Ranked playlists, especially Hardcore. I have to 5 shot someone just to make them one shot, which is ridiculous, let’s not talk about bloodshots, which occur a lot more than they should. Thing is, there are more US players than EU players but I find it hard to believe that every lobby is filled only with US players. We’ll have to wait for the PC port. If we see the same problems, it’s clear that the system and servers are scuffed and need a lot of work.
But servers, connections, hosts, are not the only problem MCC has. Spawns are messed up, two-shot beat down doesn’t work most of the time, a lot of AFK people (this one can be fixed with a Ready-Up system like League of Legends or CS:GO has) and as prickly as this will sound we need a social rank, because people have no reason to better themselves, have no reason to play to win (even if it’s social, slayer more specific, infection, action sack don’t count, because those are a “let’s mess around” type of playlists)
Yes haven’t had a game on a Euro server in months on BTB, it gets tiring even though I manage. I’d rather wait a bit longer than play on East or West US from Europe.

Ireland here. Played most of this afternoon and didn’t get EU server once. Was playing split-screen with any game combo in the match composer. I simply don’t believe there weren’t 6 more players in the whole of Europe to fill our lobby. It’s pathetic. Gaming on East US 2 doesnt just ruin competitive modes like SWAT and Snipers, it even ruins casual modes. Sword gametypes give advantage to the americans. Griffball is torture. Most of the Yappening was a clusterfluck. It’s ruining the game for me.
Yeah and I’m playing on european servers and dying behind walls. Wtf? Did this just change? this is -Yoinking!- annoying and i’d rather just quit

They do, I was playing last week and got a few games on EU servers

Well, I still havent sen the EU server in maybe 300 games.

It is usually population based. Hopefully Reach release will help that.
If not… probably just need to make use of some of the bigger clubs to try and schedule some actual larger svale zone specific events
i’m from middle europe and i get to play on european servers very rarely , but it does happen. but most of the time i’m connecting to east US 2, even with very short searching times.
I’ve only seen north Europe two times when I have been playing ranked. It’s so unfair especially on h3. Might as well rename the game east us 2 simulator

If they do, they dont really show up for the majority as you can see. I have MCC still installed, but its going to sit there nicely untouched until Reach comes out AND I hear that EU players dont get yoinked again.

I have played hundreds of BTB last few weeks and only once had a game on a European server.
