Normally there’s a radar effect with a bunch of blue dots surrounding an active camo user that signals their existence. But lately I’ve seen people using active camo with no dots at all. Not theirs, not the false readings, nothing.
They can move and sneak around the map completely undetected, the only indication being their near-invisible outline and the fact that you can bump into them.
It appears to be intentional, because people are using active camo knowing full well that they have no radar presence and they’re using it to their advantage. How exactly is this possible? Is it a glitch? Is it a perk?

I know Wetwork gives you a perk to become a outline on Promethean vision and makes your Spartan make less noise and faster assassinations but could be a glitch?
It’s probably a glitch. I had this experience one time. I cloaked then I used it up. I noticed that I stayed invisible for a long time while my cloaking was recharging. I thought it was lag or a glitch.
The only time it happened to me is when I was using it and then the game black screened. As soon as it went back to normal the blue dots wouldn’t show when I went invis. (It fixed itself upon my death)
I have this issue every game now. I walk around a corner and get a shotgun to the face by a camo camper who I didnt know was there due to no radar presence. Its getting extremely frustrating.
I’ve noticed it happening alot, and I’m beginning to wonder if it’s happening when I’m using it I really hope it isn’t, I choose AC because I like to get the drop on people, but it’s not fair if they don’t have SOME form of counter against it.
