After a few minutes of loading up the game my account is automatically logged out showing “Active user signed out”. So far I have deleted my MCC webcache on PC, reinstalled the game twice on Xbox and PC, deleted account from Xbox and redownloaded, (also tried using other accounts on home Xbox which shares gamepass ultimate with all users logged in and they were also kicked after a short period just like my main account)
I have seen some people have success doing various things such as deleting caches or fresh installs and I have tried them all and have run out of idea’s. The game runs fine until I am booted from my account and worked perfectly the first day but after that became quickly unplayable.
Both PC and Xbox one versions have the same issue.
There are quite a few threads on that issue. If any have suggested workarounds and they don’t work, I’d suggest heading over to the support site and submit a ticket

Me and a few others are having this issue, I suggest raising a ticket in Halo support as none of the previous solutions are working for most
My ticket has been submitted and responded to basically saying the problem is logged and no current work around is available however do raise support tickets if you haven’t so the devs can see more accurately how many are affected. And just basically check back on the ticket and wait for an update.
