Hello, so I’ve been unable to play Halo MCC at all since the game kicks me out to the menu saying “Active Profile Signed Out” about every 2-4 minutes. I’ve tried quite a few solutions, up to no avail.
For context, I play on an Xbox One series X, and here’s are the solutions I’ve tried: reinstalling the game, deleting my profile, signing out of other devices (I have deleted the xbox app from my computer and phone), unplugged the xbox, changed my microsoft account password, changed the alias that I use for my microsoft account, reset my xbox (I chose the option that keeps games and data). I’ve also now factory-reset my xbox from the safe-boot mode but that did not help.
I’ve submitted a ticket to Halo Support and I was told that there is no date yet so as to when this will be fixed, but if you are having this problem as well, please submit a ticket as well. I’ve you’ve also done something that helped the problem go away, I’d also appreciate it a lot if it could be shared. I really don’t know what else to do.
