For a full week now I have been getting the msg Active Profile Signed Out, when trying to play anything in MCC. It renders the game unplayable, same issue happens on Steam. I did try another profile and oddly enough the game works fine. So its just my profile, I contacted 343 but they don’t know what to do. This is very frustrating as I put so much effort into the game, especially to get 80 season points for S7 which I probably can’t even play due to this issue. Sad to see this game has so many problems and 343 isn’t fixing them at all. Any ideas?
