I agree it needs to be fixed. I’m not naming any names, but I know a few of our community who believes it’s not a problem worth patching.

The stealth upgrade when you complete wetwork does no such thing.
Yeah, it says in the description of the stealth perk that it will make you harder to spot on PROMETHEAN VISION. It never says anything about active camo or radar.
It’s not an exploit because you can’t do it on purpose. It’s just an unintentional glitch in the game. I looked at games where this happens and the person that does it still has dots show up on their motion sensor. It just doesn’t show up for other people.

i tried it, the jammer is still there.
There are a combination of AA’s and mods that allow this.
If the player crouches while using Active Camo they do not appear on the Radar at all, and if they do move at normal speed, it shows up as a blue dot that sometimes turns red.
If someone is crouching, and not moving when they use Active Cammo, other players won’t see the blue dots
It’s not an exploit, it’s just an unfair part of the ability.

yeah, i figured it out few minutes ago. someone just made a thread(that’s on the front page) that showed how to do the glitch: by standing still. how did 343 miss this? smh
It isn’t a glitch. It is improved stealth through a mod. I thought it was a glitch too at first but I started to pay more attention and I figured out why it happens. The improved stealth removes the radar notification that is normally given off by the Active Camo. It functions like the Elite’s Camo. If you are playing Sops you will notice that the radar picks up the Camo Elites, Legendary, in a similar way as the Stealth mod in Matchmaking.
