There’s a bug that’s in game that’s definitely not game breaking with AC, but definitely nerve grinding.

Let’s take Flood for example.

No matter what side your on, Flood or survivor, if you are using AC while the round comes to an end the next round you will have the AC effect going about.

What I mean is, it will sound like you’re using AC but you’re not.

Again it’s not a horrid glitch, but it drives me up a tree higher than a Dog chasing a Cat.

Same thing happens sometimes with regen (like if you die or certain events happen). I once went a whole game with messed up regen sounds… That was kind of annoying.
