Hello Everyone,
First post here. I have been replaying through the Halo series but am having a lot of trouble with the Master Chief Collection. Currently, I’m playing co-op with a friend. I am the host and about 90% of the time I activate a terminal, the Halo Channel launches and then my XBone completely powers off. I think the Halo Channel is causing the crash but also this past week, my XBone was upgraded to the Fall Dashboard Update. I’m in the new beta program so this could also be the cause.
I tried deleting the Halo Channel and reinstalling it but this is still happening. Next, I was thinking to delete the MCC and reinstall it. Tonight, my friend will be the host and we will see if the problem only affects the host. He is also in the beta program and has the Fall Dashboard Update.
Does anyone out there have any other thoughts? Has anyone else encountered this?
