Care to say I’m wrong? Monday, Action Sack will probably have a decent population, but by the end of the week people will shimmy over to Infinity Slayer or BTB, I was going to name this thread a different title but decided not to. Whenever I go on Halo 4, I always see the two most populated playlists. Infinity Slayer/Infinity BTB. Really, I facepalm because a playlist that is so much not like Halo, gets mostly played. What does Infinity Slayer have that other playlists don’t? What mechanics of the Infinity Settings make it better then every other playlist that draws people to it? If Multi-Team which everyone has been asking about comes out, that will most likely end up falling also. In Majestic FFA, when I played last Infinity Rumble got voted a lot more then the Pro Gsmetypes. Team Snipers, and Griffball also fell to it.
What is it about Infinity Settings that draws everyone do it? What is it about having mechanics that are seperated from the core Halo gameplay that seems to be enjoyable?
EDIT: YES, I redid the OP, turns out combining my thoughts into one single thread isn’t a good idea. Changed the title also.

What does this have to do with Action Sack? Instead of talking about the Actual Playlist. You made into another one of those sappy Halo 4 isn’t Halo rants. Why don’t you just adept to the game instead of just complaining about it.
It will most likely die a horrible death within a week, unless the casual gamers see it as actual fun or if the weapons commendations can be gotten from that playlist.
I know I wont be playing it if the commendations can’t be acquired in a easier fashion in that playlist as for me thats the only reason to play, as the game isn’t fun

And why don’t you quit using that useless arguement? You must not have read the part will I stated, “I didnt know what to title this thread” and then proceeding to go Halo 4 fanboy mode…
The first part was Action Sack, the rest was what I wanted to add and could’ve titled it a bunch of different names.

Well you can rack up commendations in Fiesta Slayer, I know that much. Binary Slayer does sound very cool though as it’s my favorite Sniper in Halo 4.
And so what if Action Sack doesn’t have 10,000 people on it? Does that make it worse? Less fun? Not at all.
Halo 4 is Halo 4. Thats what it was meant to be and thats what it is. Don’t compare it to a different trilogy of games by a different developer in a different time. Halo 4 was not trying to be a classic Halo experience, so criticizing it for not being classic is pointless. 343i wanted to change it and move Halo 4 towards the mainstream, and thats what they did.
You have your opinions and I have mine. You don’t like Halo 4? Good for you, but you don’ t need to announce it to everyone and/or bash it (not just you).
If you want to make things better, don’t sarcastically criticize the game or make a long rant just saying “343i sucks”. Go post suggestions in the War Games Feedback forum or offer good, constructive ctriticism and suggestions to make it better. And by that I do mean specific, give reasonable and small changes 343i could make to at least make part of the game better if you don’ t like the vanilla version.
Threads like this don’t do anything. Where is the constructive feedback? Are you saying “Ignore everyone and don’t make new/better playlists because no one will play them anyway”? The population is big enough to have tons of games and tons of fun (opinions- depending on what you’re playing), thats all that matters.
> If Halo 4 is so unfun and un-Halo like I would like to remind you that Halo Reach and Halo 3 are still playable on xbox live.

Come on Deathwing, you’re better than this. You went from making constructive posts to dumb rants about anything that relates to the game. Don’t think I forgot about that huge goodbye post you made a while back saying you we’re going I THC. Whatever happened to that? Now, you’re still here just nagging the game over and over. It’s pathetic now.
You reached you’re lowest with that rant abou the majestic ads, this is just making it worse.
Gotta admit Deathwing, me and 2 friends will probably never leave this playlist (provided 343 doesn’t royally mess it up with kill cams, instant respawns etc).
May have to update my top 3 playlists depending on how tomorrow goes haha.
But I get your point, I really don’t like any infinity playlists. Feels like a completely different game from the rest of the series and in a bad way.

True but keep in mind this is the same developing team who stripped action sack out of Reach just because of “low population” even though it beat that horrid Super Slayer mess. So ya, population does matter because if action sack in H4 isn’t producing big numbers it most likely will be removed.

JSA, I respect you. but tell me, just how much of the constructive feedback are they actually listening to? My OP wasn’t directed at 343, neither is it directing at how much Halo 4 sucks. I critized the weaknesses this game has, not the strengths, I rarely see any threads concerning to how to further fix this game because need I remind you what the first TU brought? Absolutely very minor changes and a pointless Boltshot change, the threads concerning any way to fix Halo 4 stopped after the TU, have you realized that yet? My OP is as constructive as my reply right now is to you even though people don’t think it is. If I would have blantly wanted to bash 343 and Halo 4 I would have done so. But for the ignore everyone part, that isn’t what I said, do you remember the August Update for Reach, how half the playlists got removed and the uproar over it? It’s doing an all over again August Update for Halo 4 when it would have been much more enjoyable if the playlists we have now were in at launch…that’s what I meant, not ignore everyone because I said nothing of the sort.

Meh, I’ll reword my OP then…I guess combining all my thoughts into one OP which I did, wasn’t the right thing to do. About THC, I am on there, just I don’t know what made me come back.

I disagree.
You posted about a personal problem so I gave you a simple solution.
