The missing 1%? Where is the damn concussion rifle?
I got some bad news for you man. Because 343i didn’t make elites playable in halo 4 we can’t have dino blasters so that means no hilariously fun flying dino’s jetpacking with infinite concussion rifle ammo.
Thats not a good excuse, if that was the reason why, then why the hell do we have a fuel rod gun? Prometheans werent playable? Then how come we have promethean weapons? 343 comes up with the dumbest excuses!
