Action Sack needs to just get rid of Warthog Rally and Ghost Race. People are either quitting right away or making a barricade with their abandoned vehicles to block the way every single match. There is no reason for these to be anywhere other than Custom Games so that the people that actually want to play them can choose them. Action Sack is about the fun creative gametypes, not ones like those where players decide to just mess with the game to keep themselves entertained.
Glad I’m not the only one who is fed up with these ridiculous traffic jams. If only we had automated ramps to jump over these things…

In all seriousness each player should have 10-15 Warthog max. If they get blown up any more, they are forced to spectate the rest of the game.
I rarely get people like that so i dont agree.
I actually get a kick out of the barricades. It’s a good laugh.

That would be good, either that or they need to disappear after a certain number have been used. I had a player in my match yesterday who died 56 times from jumping out at the finish line, it look about 2 minutes for someone to finally get through.

It got a giggle out of me the first time I saw it when it as in a wide open space. The player was doing it because he had realized he was not going to win and gave up halfway through. Where the problem is the biggest is when you have players like I had in a match yesterday. The player never even went through the start gate, immediately drove backwards and started jumping out of his warthog to stack them up at the finish line. The result was more of a custom match with no possible way to win for anyone.
On a serious note, Vehicle Fiesta NEEDS to be included in Action Sack.

That would be pretty great, definitely would help with my phaeton kills since they never seem to come in my REQ packs.
I avoid Action Sack like the plague. Half of the players are idle. Also nearly every game I enter in as a JIP. To make matters worse I’m only in it for 10 sec or less before the match ends. Then I’m right back in the lobby. I get that’s it’s supposed to be a fun casual game mode, but it just seems like no one cares enough to play or even stay in a match.

I know what you mean. There are a few gametypes that I really enjoy though so it is a good mindless mode. Whenever I have been playing for a while and or just want to unwind I play either Action Sack or WZFF so it annoys me when things like that happen.

Nice! The crazier and more intuitive, the better!
Action sack itself if really fun, and it’s a great way of showcasing community made maps. Unfortunately, some of the gametypes rely on players being amicable, and courteous, and abiding by rules that don’t necessarily exist outside of ‘fair sportsmanship’. For example, people camping on spawns during Grifball matches to instakill the opponent. That’s downright cheating. Unfortunately there’s nothing really to stop them from doing it. It’s the same case as the ‘Death Spammers’ who clog up finish lines with Warthogs. It could easily be fixed by making unmanned vehicles disappear, or by giving a limit to the amount of spawns someone can have. Unfortunately, the few trolls that exist spoil the game for the rest of us.

Most gametypes are not that bad, a lot are tons of fun. But the warthog race and ghost race are both that bad and make me play Action Sack less and less. The second the type is announced you typically have 2-3 people quit and then you have others either quit, not play, or troll while everyone else is trying to just get through and onto the next game. The quitting makes it lag, not playing gets in the way, and trollers obviously just try and make it as hard to complete the game as possible.
