Better yet, why use someone else opinion giving them viewers when you could actually express your own opinion?
Personally, I believe streamers have done more harm with gaming today than actually doing what would be in the best interest for the game/player base. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying all of them are a bad thing, but most of them only care about getting players to subscribe and will use what is trending to get them views.
The other problem is that they have way more of an influence than the rest of the player base in spite of whether what they are talking about is agreed with or not. I don’t need a streamer to tell me what is wrong with this game when it is literally right in front of everyone’s face. It can’t get any more clear than that.
I think it’s alright to hear another viewpoint or opinion or just find someone who can convey information better.
But as you said, there are way too many people who seem to just kinda agree with them without challenging anything.
Kinda Like the Sean W. Post, nobody needed to mention him, they could’ve just cited the links themselves and everyone could draw from that without external input.

Yeah I’d say he’s on point for most of that.
Not quite sure why he didn’t think Halo 5 would ultimately go for some kind of Cortana redemption arc since he was all good for that in Infinite. I been saying that for six years. 
I just assumed that you’d get her back if that happened; which you kind of did from a certain point of view. 
He’s absolutely right that the Banished and Endless fall flat and that’s very troubling for a game built on the promise of providing future DLC. He’s also right that 343 is confusing mystery with being vague. Two games in we should not be in the dark over the Banished motivations. Like if they are tools of Mendicant Bias and the Precursors or something mad I’d still expect the company explanation.
I think it’s fair enough that op said it was identical to his perception of the campaign. And he liked it enough to post and discuss it here.
I can deal way better with that, than having to read another of those generic 343 did nothing wrong posts.
A forum like this should allow different points of view. Who knows maybe somebody even learns something new.

The Act Man also said some really un-okay stuff in 2020. Frankly he ain’t gettin’ my viewership back. He went down a rabbit hole I can not follow.
Thank you! Yes ive expressed my own opinions many of times on this forum abput halo infinite amd it was way before act mans review was uploaded 1 day ago! I like to express my opinion amd share it with other fans and see what they think of the game and share and discuss our opinions as a community! Ive simply posted act mans review as i believe his opinions are exactly the same as how i felt towrds halo infinite amd its just nice to know rheres others out there who had the same experience from playing this game plus its easier to post a video of a youtuber expressing the same opinion as mine rather than me have to type out every concern i had in regards to the game. I never understood why some take these YouTubers seriously. Anyone can make a channel and start spouting off. I don’t like how some take them so seriously they won’t even try stuff if they see a bad review. I don’t watch or subscribe to any of them. I would rather actually play the game and form my own opinions
Did you not read my post! I stated that ive just watched his review and found it dead on and agreed with so much of what he said so obviously i have played the game completed it then seen his video which he only uploaded yesterday and realised wow thats exactly what i thought i totally agree with him so posted it on here to express my opinion and discuss it without me having to type out all the positive and negatives i had with the game it would be easier for people to just listen to his video in which he expresses the exact same opinion i had of the game! But people cant help but jump on a post and not read anything i said apart from act man and youtube and straight away jump on the defence cause they dont like certain youtubers… like him or not ive posted it because i have the exact same opinions on the game as him and believe he has adressed alot of issues that should be addressed! Thats all! I didnt post it as some sort of propaganda or to try brainwash people into just taking a youtubers word as gospel before playing the game themselves who going to be on this forum and even watch that link before playing the game for themselves anyway?! And theres many other youtube channels that share the same opinions as him about the campaign such as ign, halo follower, mint blitz etc so its not like hes the only one listing the same positives and negatives with the game if you liked it and had no issues great if you want to discuss your opinion great no one is trying to push the opinion of youtubers onto you!
I agree you should take content creators for what they’re worth.
Some are better, some are worse. Some milk drama, some don’t. Some do it a little.
Everybody has his or her agenda. I do find it attractive to watch a short video once in a while, when it’s consise and gives a good overview on a certain topic, that I would need several hours to research myself.
Having some sources here or there is a plus. Yes polarizing figures generate more discussion, I guess.
You should never believe anything you read or hear on the internet anyway. 
A million times yes. 343, please please please watch The Act Man’s Halo Infinite Review in it’s entirely. His feelings echo my own and while I loved the campaign like him, I also share the same criticisms and hope 343 can take notes for the next game or future story DLC. Great job on this game 343, can’t wait to get more story content as there is so much potential!
I see your point and agree that the future of Halo should not only be shaped by online influencers, but I am telling you that I’ve watched Act Man’s video in it’s entirely and you can tell he loves the game and is trying to raise some valid criticisms. I don’t see a point in writing an essay here on the forums when there is already a great video out there that conveys my feelings for the game. If you don’t agree with Act Man’s opinions, that’s fine but for the record I 100% agree with everything he said.
Finally someone who sees it as i do! And yeah act man lives the halo franchise like all of us he just wants it to be back on top again! Most of his youtube contemt revolves around halo like you said hes a fan! I just find ot easier saying i agree with this guy and post there link saves me typing a full essay
