hi. my old xbox live acount was hacked and it had some pre order items. i was also a colenal grade two. microsoft won’t give me the details of it so is there anyway i can just get them items back? or do have to start again and buy new Armour from scratch? please reply!
If you can’t get your old account back from Microsoft you will have to start over and you will not get any pre-order items back. Sorry.

This, if you haven’t already, call up Xbox Support and explain that you have been hacked and provide EVERYTHING you can, they will start an investigation if you help them out.
