Achilles helmet requirement met, no unlock

So the other day my Spartan Company unlocked the coveted “ACHILLES” helmet.
I hopped on Xbox today to take a look at it, but it never unlocked for me!

  • I can definitely confirm I was a member of the Spartan Company when we unlocked
  • I had my Xbox unplugged from the ethernet around the unlock time (not sure if this matters)
  • My spartan company is The Sauna

Any options here 343?
