So I just joined a Spartan Company yesterday, and we are 91% complete with the helmet, which is the only thing I want. Its at 91% commendation completion, and Im not sure if I will still get the helmet so late into the commendation progress. Im just curious that since I JUST joined, will I still get the helmet?

If you’re with the company when they earn the helmet you’ll receive it. If you join after they’ve earned the helmet you will not. The same is true for the armor. If you join a company that already has it unlocked you will not get it.

To add to this, you’ll get the REQ pack containing the helmet as soon as the commendations hit 100% complete.

How would it be? Not too different than wearing it in mm.
Then again I wear Achilles helmet with helio armor only because I unlocked them both. Heck hello I had in the beta. Lol

You will get the helm but not the body armor, meanwhile I’m trying to license transfer somebody with Challenger armor

I have it and I personally think it looks hideous, I do love the emblem though.
