Achilles helmet number of players

What’s the latest on the number of percentage of players that have the helmet unlocked? I remember hearing on a YouTube video from like a year ago that it was a bit more than 6000, but I’m sure that’s a lot higher now.

I’d be curious about this as well as the percentage of Spartan companies that have completed all company commendations (not just Kill, but also Assist and Game Mode). I imagine the number is very, very small. Achilles will have definitely gone up since most casual companies likely have it these days, so long as they were active shortly after Halo 5’s release.

Not even sure if there is a way to tell… I have both but don’t wear them.

Not many companies that are extremely active these days.

I think our company is still a ways off from the helmet, we got the armor I believe in July. The helmet is the only thing I am missing. Once I get it, I will wear that permanently.

I recently got it yesterday and can confirm I will never take it off lol.

Literally every match I’ve played for the past two months has had players wearing Achilles helmets. So while they may be a minority of total Halo accounts, it makes sense that they would remain a large part of the now-small currently active player population. They spent a long time getting it and now understandably want to enjoy their time-transactions’ worth despite the game’s sunset.

I don’ take my helmet off. Also rocking Helioskril armor.

How did he get those numbers?

I didn’t even know there was a counter up to check

So True. I find myself switching between Achilles & Wrath helmets often, with Achilles winning out 95% of the time. I tend to flaunt the full look occasionally, but Wrath armor & the Achilles helm is my mainstay.

It’ll be a similar deal with me once my company gets the helmet. Sooner or later, I’ll be struggling to choose between Recon GEN1, Deadeye, and Achilles.

I can confirm my Company has the Helm of Fate (That’s what I call the helmet :P, I’m a DC nerd) around July 2016, but I don’t wear it usually cause Gungnir is amazing

In Luke the notable’s video Best armour in halo5! Keeps you alive (revisited) Luke asked Unyshek how many helmets had been given out.
As of June 15, 2017 6,660 helmets had been earned. That’s 330 per month since launch so if the helmet is still being earned at the same rate maybe 8,300 players have it by now.

Yeah, now I remember that video! Seems like a good estimate, thanks for that.
