So I love that 343 is incorporating new ways to earn armor but at the same time I actually would like to wear the armor at some point in time. This requirement is borderline insane, no company is active enough for this level of achievement. I would have preferred if you unlocked the armor by earning all kill commendations for your character and not an entire spartan company, that pushes way too hard on the social aspect not to mention I would like to earn the armor by my own volition and not have to rely so much on other people.
If you find yourself in a company for YouTube channels or big Halo communities you should see yourself getting the armor down the line.

So basically a select few lucky people MIGHT get the armor at some point if the people in it continue to play the game an ungodly amount
My Company needs 1 more kill commendation until we get all lvl 3 kill commendations, but all max will take sometime. But remeber the game has only been out for a couple of months and later in the game’s life span everyone will have he armor
Yeah I play everyday, but mostly solo or with 2-3 buddys. But my Spartan company only have 2 people 
Should be able to get via req. If they can’t make a armor for completing the game on Legendary, I think its stupid they make a armor you can only get via Spartan company.
I just hate that it isnt up to me whether I get the armor but rather up to a whole group of 100 people
Not every Spartan Company is full so for them it will take much longer
