Can anyone help me understand how the Achilles armor is earned? as of now, I don’t really know how to get it.

Technically,

A spartan company with 4 or more members earns progress towards their commendations. so there need to be at least 4 members.
(the more the better, because for the ARMOR alone, not even the helmet, already takes 90k headshots to complete lvl 3)
Every kill or thing done for a commendation will also count towards your companies progress (provided there are more than 4 members).
when all the kill commendations have reached level 4(aka completed lvl 3) you will get the armor.
when all kill commendations have been maxed out you will get the helmet. That takes a long time.
Notice:
If a company has recieved the armor, and are on their way to the helmet, and if you join and do not have the armor already, you wont get it. Yes after you’ve gotten the helmet you can join another company but id suggest joining a company close to the armor and sticking with them.
