I know, the Achilles armor is great but it is very difficult to get it. Some of the Spartan companies are obsessed with getting it and to ask for very high requirements like SR 70+, the level does not indicate if you are skilled.
And if I know everyone can do what I want with your company.

They more likely ask for a high SR to know you dedicated a lot of time to Halo 5.
