Am i the only one who thinks the requirements to get the helm a little too much? I’m in a group of 100 people and most of us play alot and are pretty decent, yet we are just barely getting the 3/3 commendations for the armor. At this rate i cant see us getting it anytime soon, and by then im sure then most of us will forget.
Kind of wish it wasn’t based on company’s, but instead individual efforts. Anyone else agree?

I actually dig the grind. It makes it a pretty epic achievement. I’m looking forward to getting it, but obviously it will take months for most companies.
Eh i like the company idea, gets the community to work together towards a common goal. y company has done scheduled events so we could get together and play with eachother. I find it more of a social benefit
I feel like it is kind of a grind. But it will come naturally as players play the game as they are simple kill commendations. Yes it would take some time, but you know what they say, “Rome wasn’t built in a day.”
Though I am against the requirement of being in a Spartan Company as it means there is a requirement, which in time, could make it impossible to achieve a year later after from now.

I like it because if we got it all in even a month then whats the point thats too easy to get, how ever I would like it if companies had a ratio for the commendations so the spartan companies that have 10 people could get it with the same effort per person if a company of 100 did it.

that’s the whole point of the achilles armor.
it’s not supposed to be get thrown out to everyone in a week.
you and you’re company are supposed to work for it, putting effort & time into it.
it’s completely fine as it is, it’s just one armor of about i dunno, 100 or 200 ?
if someone’s really spiced up for that armor, get yourself a company and grind the hell out of the game,
if you’re too lazy, this armor just isn’t anything for you.

After reading through the comments I know change my opinion on this. However, someone pointed out that 343 should probably considering scaling down the required amounts for those company’s that have a few people in them. Then again maybe they are also encouraging company’s to grow with this?
I personally like the grind, and having unlockables tied to achievements, but I wish 343 would scale the requirement based on the size of the company. My 4 person company has very little chance of getting the armor…maybe in a year? hahaha
The more players you have in your company, the easier it’ll be to get the Achilles Armor, and less of a grind also. Granted it will take a very long time to get it still, it won’t be as long if you spartan company has a decent amount of members.
I saw a player wearing the armor in Warzone yesterday and it looks so cool! Luckily I was able to join a full and active spartan company although we’ll need at least another month to get the armor.
It promotes a form of teamwork, which is a good thing.

People complained that there was no armor that you could earn in Halo 5 that made you stand out from the rest of the crowd. Achilles is their answer.
The grind is real, and getting that helmet will be tough. However, if people see you wearing Achilles, they’ll know you’re a pretty serious player, and that’s what’s important. It makes you stand out.
People got what they asked for. Either hunker down and do the steps to earn it, or don’t.
I like it. This way not a lot of people will have it, and those who do will be known to have worked their -Yoink- off for it.
the grind isnt so bad its just that your entire company has to grind. if you’re in a company, and half of your company doesnt give a crap about armour, then you’re not getting it any time soon.
