Can I just take a moment to say how nicely the Achilles helmet fits with the helioskrill body? It’s like they were meant to be, looking like the ideal spartan.
Looks pretty good. Just don’t like how any one can have Helioskrill and the stigma that now comes with Achilles. The you “farmed” for it, but I will admit when I come across one of those players being a yoink in game most the time they have the Achilles helmet on.
Considering we’re “Spartans” I’m surprised that a spartan themed helmet wasn’t designed earlier. The Achilles helm looks awesome with just about EVERY armor. I find it goes gravy with Wrath/Wrath Anhur. (my wife likes the Wrath Anhur look on my spartan)
It does look good and I wore for a bit. However I’ve been wearing a full Mark VI variant or combo since the beta/launch so I don’t think I can change now.
I wear I with a lot of different armor, but Helioskrill is not one of them. I do keep to the Challenger armor with it mostly. The last few exclusives left. I don’t care about the “stigma”, and I don’t think too many others do either. Although I did see a YouTube video not long ago that said Achilles armor is now considered noob armor.

THAT’s funny. No “Noob” company can put up the numbers NEEDED for full achilles.

No way it’s the “noob” armor. There probably isnt to many noobs with it. Unless the definition of noob has somehow changed.

Idk personally I don’t think you could catch me dead with either pieces on. I just can’t see the charm of the pieces especially helio
I think it looks good. To each his own. I’m wearing the Mark VI with Shinobi Heartless at the moment.

Hey power to them they can wear what they want I just don’t see the appeal to it. Though I just think they should add elites back but that’s another forum topic all together

Sorry to be a buzzkill, but I’ve gotta disagree. The old Helioskrilles combo is massively overrated, in my opinion

Yeah he has a video talking about it, and that he called it a noob helmet since now it’s so prevalent. That it was more a status symbol back in the early days. Now any Jo Schmo can have it if they played ling enough.
I’d like to see someone with Achilles helmet and Jorge’s armor: the Gains Combo. And holding a hammer.
